All subscribers must read and agree to the following Terms of Agreement before becoming a Member of SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM If you do not accept these terms, please do not subscribe to SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM Otherwise, by submitting your account application, you acknowledge your acceptance of these Terms of Agreement. SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM has the right, in its sole discretion, to add to, remove, modify or otherwise change any part of these Terms of Agreement in whole or in part, at any time. Changes will be effective when the change is posted on the Web Site. Users are responsible for check these Terms of Agreement for updates. Your continued use of SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM constitutes an acceptance of such amendments.
Use of Web Site Matereials
Reproducing or copying of the software, information, and/or material on this Web Site to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited. Reselling or redistributing the software, information, and/or material on this Web Site for free or for a fee is expressly prohibited. Reselling or redistributing use of a membership or account to third parties is expressly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.
All correspondence, job postings, logos or any other transmissions in any form submitted to SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM member pages or employment pages including but not limited to employment opportunities, resumes, logos, photos, video, text, graphics, music, questions, creative suggestions, messages, comments, feedback, ideas, articles, interviews, self-interviews, or other materials can be used by SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM in any way SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM deems necessary. The Submissions shall be deemed, and shall remain, SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM property.

Employer Partners are solely responsible for their postings on the Web Site.
Payment Regulations & Reminder of Future Billings
The member is responsible for paying all monthly subscription fees according to the billing terms of their specific subscription choice. All appropriate notice will be made by SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM to remind the members of their specific billing structure. SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM will happily point out the RECURRING BILLING transactions as specified by these Terms of Agreement. This will be done on the web site, primarily on the subscribe page (1) as well as with email notification upon subscription initiation (2). Finally, members will be informed of renewal fees for a third time upon being renewed the second month of service (3). Member authorizes SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM to charge members credit card or alternate initial subscription payment method to pay for the ongoing cost of monthly membership. Payment for an on-going membership to SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM shall be made by automatic credit card debit or initial subscription payment method. Members will be automatically renewed for the original term upon expiration, unless a cancellation request is submitted one (1) business day prior to membership expiration.
Cancellation Instructions
Members of SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM can cancel their account at any time. The month-to-month membership requires cancellation by submitting an email with the Subject "SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM Cancellation" and entering the appropriate information. Entering the proper information is the sole responsibility of the member. Without the proper information, the account cannot be cancelled automatically. If you cannot complete the form with the appropriate information, assistance can be found by emailing us at score@sportsjobwatch.com.
Members are responsible for corresponding from an email address that they will have access to upon receiving a return email. All assistance requests should include the name and email address used to subscribe to the service as well as the log-in information. Any email requesting help will not substitute for a cancellation of the account. Members are responsible for charges incurred until their current account expiration date. Membership to SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM may be terminated at any time by the member or SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM
Employer Network and Job Listings
SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM uses both their own employer network and that of their leased network partners in order to supply members with the job postings and other product. No warranty is made for the accuracy, availability, or content of information provided on SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM
Renewal Method
The dues to gain access to SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM database is $2.95 for a 3 day trial, or $14.95 per month. The month-to-month membership requires cancellation by submitting an email with the Subject "SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM Cancellation."
If cancellation is not completed one day prior to your monthly anniversary date, your account will be charged $14.95 per month. As long as your month-to-month account remains open without cancellation, you will be charged $14.95 per month upon your monthly anniversary date. If you would like to continue as a member for longer than a month, your credit card or initial subscription payment method will be charged $14.95 per month for each consecutive month thereafter. Your billing cycle begins the day you register. For example, if you originally register for a "month-to-month" subscription on January 1, your credit card will automatically be charged $14.95 on the 1st of each month.
The 3-Day trial offer requires cancellation via the cancellation form. If cancellation is not received by the end of your 3rd day on the service, your account will be charged $14.95 per month. You account will automatically default to a "month-to-month" subscription. As long as both the trial membership and the month-to-month accounts remains open without cancellation, you will be charged $14.95 per month.
For your protection, we will not allow your month-to-month subscription to continue beyond 12 months. You will be notified via email that it is time to re-subscribe. Any partial day on the service will count as a full day on the service. All subscription, renewal and cancellation will be based on the central time zone.
Refund Policy
SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM provides a conditional satisfaction guarantee for the subscription services offered via the Web Site. If a user is not satisfied with the subscription service delivered on SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM, SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM may, but is not required to provide a refund for the remainder of the membership term. Members will be notified on at least three (3) occasions of the RECURRING BILLING aspect of membership including on the subscription form, a separate email of the Terms of Agreement/cancellation policy immediately upon completion of initial sign-up and a separate email notifying each member upon their first renewal.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless each of SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM, its employees, directors and affiliated entities including all third parties, from and against any and all claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Web Site, the Content or your breach of these Terms of Use.

All material on this site is provided in good faith. No warranty is made for the accuracy, availability, or content of information provided on the Web Site. Your use of this information is at your sole risk. You release SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM in the event of a dispute with any users, from any known or unknown claims, damages, and/or wrongdoing arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM is under no legal obligation to control the information provided by other user that is made available through the Web Site. SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM permits employer partners to utilize links within their job description in the event that their primary application method is through their corporate website or other approved websites. Any and all linked sites are not under the control of SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM, and SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM makes no representation or warranty regarding the content or products or services available from such linked sites. All links between SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM and employer partner websites are subject to the approval of SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Any linked sites must clearly state the connection between the job listing and the website.
ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT By accepting this Terms of Agreement, you agree not to post any threatening or defamatory content on SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM that invades privacy, is obscene, violent, discriminatory, pornographic, or violates any law or advocates illegal activity. SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM to disclose the identity of user of the Web Site and you consent to such disclosure. You agree not to damage, disable, attack, deface, or attempt unauthorized access to SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM, the server, or a third party web site or server. As a result of your submission, you grant SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM the unrestricted and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display any submissions, in whole or in part, worldwide. As a result of your submission, you grant SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM the right to utilize the submissions in other works in any form for the full term of any copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual and proprietary rights that may exist in such submissions. Through the use of the employer monitoring service, SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM will post chosen listings from the employer website. If an employer chooses not to participate in this service, they can opt-out by emailing SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM The posting employer represents and warrants that any submissions to SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM are, to the best of your knowledge, accurate and not misleading, nor are such submissions posted for any improper purpose. SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through our Web site. Please note that any information or material sent or submitted will be deemed NOT to be confidential.
Use of Web Site Materials

You are responsible to notify SPORTSJOBWATCH.COM in the event of change in any and all contact information submitted upon creating the employer account including company name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, web site address and contact person.
